Meet Blake

A real estate broker who stays with you to closing.

I help clients find, negotiate for and sell homes across Seattle and the Eastside through Aris360 Real Estate in Kirkland.

I’m also a licensed mortgage loan originator at TriStar Finance, so I work where real estate and lending meet. You know what you can afford before you fall for a house, your offer is built around financing I already understand, and nothing gets lost between offices.

I genuinely want every client to come out ahead, whether that is a first home, a move up or a sale. No question is too basic, and I will take as long as you need.

Where I work

Seattle and the Eastside, neighborhood by neighborhood.

From my office in Kirkland I help clients buy and sell homes across the region. Ask me what a neighborhood is really like to live in.

Ask about a neighborhood
  • Downtown towers rising behind the lawns and trees of a large city park

    Bellevue

High-rise condos around Downtown Park, established neighborhoods like West Bellevue and Somerset, and some of the most sought-after schools on the Eastside.

  • Homes among trees above a lake at sunset, with a city skyline on the far shore

    Kirkland

A walkable downtown on Lake Washington, waterfront parks, and neighborhoods from Houghton to Juanita.

  • The Space Needle and downtown skyline with Mount Rainier in the distance

    Seattle

Condos downtown and on Capitol Hill, Craftsman homes in Ballard and Wallingford, and water views from Queen Anne to West Seattle.

  • An aerial view of sports fields surrounded by autumn trees and low buildings

    Redmond

Tech campuses, Marymoor Park and the Sammamish River Trail, with newer townhomes near the light rail.

  • A still lake reflecting a line of tall evergreens under a blue sky

    Sammamish

Plateau neighborhoods with larger lots, quiet lakes and well-regarded schools.

  • A paraglider drifting over a forested ridge in golden light

    Issaquah

Trailheads on Tiger and Cougar Mountains, the Issaquah Highlands, and a quick I-90 run to Bellevue and Seattle.

Why clients choose Blake

Your agent and your lender, in one person.

I’m licensed as both a real estate broker and a mortgage loan originator, so your home and your financing are planned together from day one. You are always free to choose any lender.

Start a conversation

One plan for your home and your loan

Your budget, your offer and your closing date are planned together by one person, not passed between an agent and a lender who have never met.

Know your numbers before you tour

I can walk you through what a home would really cost you each month before you fall for it, so you spend your weekends on homes that fit your budget.

Offers built around your financing

Because I understand your loan, your offer’s price, down payment, contingencies and closing date are set to compete and still close on time.

Deadlines that do not slip between offices

Inspection, appraisal and financing deadlines are tracked by the same person, so an appraisal gap or an underwriting question is handled the same day.

A sharper read on buyer offers

When you sell, I can tell a solid pre-approval from a shaky one and spot financing terms that put your closing at risk, so you choose the offer most likely to close, not just the highest.

Pricing built on real sales

Every list price and every offer starts from recent comparable sales nearby, not an online estimate, so you know where you stand before you negotiate.

Patience for first-time buyers

No question is too basic and no timeline is too long. One client and I worked together for more than two years before he bought his first home.

Thinking of selling?

What is your home really worth?

Get a free, no-pressure valuation built from recent sales near you — not an online estimate — plus a clear picture of what you could buy next.
